Availability request:

By sending us an email, the user makes a formal request for a short-term stay (between 2 days and 29 days). After checking the availability of the rooms, an email will be sent with the confirmation of the dates and the relative price.

The user can then approve or reject the proposal, in order to finalize the reservation.

Reservation deposit:

Deposit via bank transfer for 20% of the total stay (minimum € 50) after receiving the email confirming the availability of the apartment. The reservation is definitively confirmed upon receipt of this amount.

Cancellation:

Free cancellation within 10 days before the start of the stay. After this deadline the deposit will not be refunded.

Changes to the stay:

For late arrivals or early departures the total amount of the booked stay will be retained.

Payment of the remaining amount:

Bank transfer within two days before arrival or cash payment upon arrival. The receipt will be issued upon arrival, after completing the required registrations.

What you will find:

– free water upon arrival; sheets and towels; cutlery and pots (including oil, salt, etc.); coffee and tea

– books and magazines

– soap, detergent, gloves, sponges, broom and mop

– the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Sheets and towels are not changed during stays of less than a week. If you stay longer, we will replace them.
